Brooke is an amazing esthetician! She had me so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. I would encourage any woman wanting a while for themselves to go have a facial done by one of the best!

With the holidays approaching, I decided to treat myself to a few aesthetic services at the LifeSpa. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical of the LifeSpa even being a long-time member of the gym. But, they offer easy booking online and via the app, which is a convenience not offered by any other spas in the area so I thought, "Why not!?" I opted for the HydraFacial (30 min.) and a brow & lip wax. This was my first HydraFacial and will definitely not be my last. I am 5 days post-treatment, and my skin looks the best it has ever looked; free of congestion, dewy, and moisturized. The HydroFacial hype is definitely real! I love the environment at Lifetime LifeSpa almost as much as I love my hair dresser (Tiffany Martin) who I followed to Lifetime. She is the absolute best and can even make my hair look good!!! She is highly recommended!!
