Life Time Vestavia Hills is an expansive athletic country club with something for everyone. The gym features a large fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. Customers can choose a Signature Membership for unlimited group training and individualized attention. The facility is described as modern, clean, and offers a wide selection of classes, as well as a trainer and amenities like a pool and hot tub. Customers have praised the Pilates instructor, Christina, for her exemplary knowledge, attention to detail, and consistency. The gym is considered expensive but luxurious, with awesome pickleball courts and great yoga classes. Families can enjoy the childcare services, which provide various activities and classes for children. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the recent closure of the outdoor pool to kids during the day, despite the membership cost.
Angie is an absolute powerhouse. Her fiery red hair matches her energy—bold, motivating, and unapologetically badass. Every workout is tailored, challenging, and fun. If you want results and a trainer who makes you feel unstoppable, Angie’s the one!!
I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received from Brad. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, helpful, and incredibly considerate. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome during what has been a very difficult time, as I’ve been visiting UAB Hospital regularly since the beginning of August.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The music was calming, and everyone greeted me with smiles, which made a big difference. Brad especially stood out for his professionalism and grace. He showed genuine compassion and extended patience and kindness when I needed it most.

Let me just tell you about my experience with Sharan and Angie before I even stepped in to the club. I’m new to town from Fairhope and both were very helpful and hospitable! If the gym is anything like their customer service, I won’t need to go anywhere else! Whoever management is, you’ve got two rockstars who treated me like family. Great job hiring these two!
