We used ELM in 2024 for an upstairs addition and whole-house renovation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Liz did an amazing job as the designer—she truly understood our vision and created a design that was both functional and beautiful. Adam and Elliott were fantastic throughout the build process: professional, communicative, and very detail-oriented. The project stayed on schedule, the quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. We’re pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them.
Elm Construction did a great job replacing our porch and deck (or deck with parts open and parts roofed and screened. From the brainstorming, to design, to construction, to clean up all parts of the project went according to plan. They were paitient with out delays and kept us well informed about progress.
ELM Construction is an amazing company to work with. We contracted with them to renovate our kitchen, laundry room, master bath, and master closet. We worked closely with Adam Martz, Liz Kennedy and their respective teams. They are highly professional, have great amounts of integrity, and always do the right thing by the client. We could not be more happy with the end results of our project and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any homeowner who is looking for a world class team to partner with on any home renovation project.
