Hi, I recently purchased shoes from your outlet in Karachi, in fact I got them made. I must say I am extremely disappointed with the final output. The quality of the materials is well above the ordinary, no doubt, but the final product, the design is just appalling. Please find attached pictures of me wearing the shoes and let me know if any shoe is supposed to be protruding out the way it is now? This is despite me complaining about this to your staff at the outlet and them keeping the shoes for repair for over 15 days since this was first given to me. All they did do was add padding on the inner sole which has now resulted in giving me blisters, making them unwearable... read full review
