He may be a perfectly good plumber but I do not deal with businesses who are unreliable and unable to follow through. I used Jackson Heating and Air out of Lagrange when he failed to return 2 phone calls to set a date for the work.

This guy doesn't care one bit about customer satisfaction. I spoke to him and he said he would come the following day. Never heard from him again. Reading the other reviews it seems this is a common practice of his to totally disregard customers. If that's his attitude then glad he never turned up.

We needed a new water line ran, David came out said he would work up a estimate for us ,and that's the last time we saw or heard from him. I tried calling and leaving a message, but no response. All he had to do is say, I don't want to, can't do it or anything would have been better than ignoring a person. Who wants to do business with someone like that.
