This place has gone down the toilet . Used to do my taxes for over 20 years. Last 2 years they have not returned emails wont return phone calls been audited by the IRS I understand, They have had 2 years of my taxes for over 2 years . Will be filing a complaint with IRS and the BBB. Enough is Enough!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible business. Held my taxes and entire year and never filed my taxes. Nicole in the office does not know anything about what is going on in the office.There is several people in the office and no one knows anything. Never filed an extension.
This is not the same Cindy who use to file taxes. Her office has been audited this year. You will be paying Astronomical fees for filing late.

This company assured me on the phone they had filed an extension for me, even after I gave them everything in JANUARY! They did not, and we have been left with a penalty of almost $3,000! We waited until late May and finally gave up on this company and went to someone else, but at that point it was too late and we got a penalty. This company is rude, dishonest, and uncaring.
