Love PurifyU! Using the sauna and red light consistently have greatly helped my hip and back pain. Just starting to use power plate but loving it so far. The staff are always so kind and helpful! After some additional testing, Brenda Branch, the naturopathic owner, is guiding me in making some necessary changes to improve my health and optimize wellness!!

I have been going to Purify U since it opened. My recovery routine during the week includes salt and sauna! One of my "resolutions" for 2024 is to make more time for Purify U and my recovery. Thanks to Brenda and her helpful and pleasant staff!

I love PurifyU!!!! I first went in curious and with an appreciation for naturopathy, as well as a herniated disc in my back that I was told I’d need surgery to fix. With red light therapy and an enzymatic topical treatment sold at PurifyU, I am so relieved to report NO MORE sciatic nerve pain! So excited to have PurifyU in my life! I’m now a member and go as often as I can to destress, treat and detoxify myself! Thank you Brenda and staff!!!!
