Really incredible to work with -- I can't recommend them highly enough. I was terrified to deal with a new roof, as a new homeowner, but Shane walked me through the process, helped me with insurance, and was super helpful all the time. The final job is impeccable.
We had Shane come out last year and do an inspection on our roof and we were blown away by his professionalism and honesty. He provided us multiple options from repairing to full replacement. During our decision process he stayed close, answered questions but was never “pushy.” He is a true consultant and when we decided to do a full replacement his team was amazing! Premier Roofing was outstanding. I had a roof leak that two other companies just could not trace down the location/source of the leak on my roof. Shane Stricklin and his team did not give up until they found the problem, and expertly repaired it. My roof leak problem was corrected, and the craftsmanship of replacing the shingles and siding was expertly reinstalled. Shane, and the office staff (Karri), are very professional, knowledgable, and polite, and even 'Veteran' friendly! I highly recommend them!
