“I've been a patient here for a couple months. I put in an appointment request and it was answered within a couple hours to be established as a new patient. I was dreading the possible weeks or months of waiting but to my surprise, I only had to wait 1 week for an appointment. I was in so much pain, I didn't even bother to check if they were in-network to my insurance. The reviews did initially give me pause but the initial appointment went well. The staff very nice, quick to answer questions or concerns, and insurance claims are filed quickly and accurately. I was put back on my medication, given a steroid injection, and fitted for orthopedic inserts. I was also referred to several weeks of physical therapy. There was a slight hiccup with medication refills but it was resolved quickly. My inserts were adjusted to fit my shoes and I am walking better every day.“
