Not very happy with the grooming my pet received at this location. The cut marks in my dog's fur go in every direction...like an amateur did it. My dog wasn't washed with the typical tropical shampoo, they didn't cut her toe nails, although they charged me for it, and there was no scarf or bow at the end. The young lady at the desk was very nice but I don't think she was the groomer. I was charged over $80 for a small dog who only received HALF the service.
We love our Tractor Supply store! Every time I go I ALWAYS find something completely unexpected and amazing that just can’t leave without. We’re so happy they chose to open a store here in Northport. It’s definitely a welcome change from another dollar general being thrown up less than half a mile from another one!
Monica in the grooming salon is our absolute favorite. We have tried countless other people and places and never fully satisfied, but Monica gets it right every time and is so compassionate with our standard poodle. The entire staff have always been so friendly and happy to help. The store is clean and well kept. My shopping experience there is always great - never feels like a big box store. 10/10 recommend switching all your pet shopping and grooming to PetSense!
