Appreciated the full COVID-19 precautions from start to finish! Miss Kim did a great job helping rid us our Covid hair, and she was delightfully hospitable. We highly recommend the caring and professional staff at PH Balance.

This is the first place I've ventured since we were released from lockdown, and Kim was running a tight ship! Sprayed me down with awesome-smelling Left Hand Soap sanitizer at the door, kept the door locked to prevent walk-ins and had plenty of masks. She texted when it was time to come in, and got me in and out quickly.
