Wonderful services from the sweet ladies at one main, excellent professional services from them and oh what a sweet smile on there faces. I called that morning about a loan and the importance of it and before the day was over I had the money deposited in my bank account and oh what a relief it was with my money issues. The process was easy, I used my van for collateral, it took a couple days, staff was very pleasant and work well together I will definitely refer family and friends money was in my account next day my bills was pay off the next wk.I will use you guys again if I ever need a loan. Thank you

My experience with the staff was great. I am rating three stars because I paid off an existing secured loan with a new loan. However, I feel the branch manager missed pointing out an important detail. A significant change in the interest rate for the new loan, resulting in me paying a much higher interest rate on the portion of the loan that I paid with my new loan. Yes, I should have realized it. However, I think it would have been appropriate and a more transparent had my loan officer noted this important difference as well.
