There was very little consultation other than asking if I wanted what was on the notes and then she proceeded to spend the rest of the time on her phone. Great Clips has broken the code, so to speak. I watch the app for the shortest wait time, then sign in online to reserve my spot in line while I travel to the shop. Then my 'stylist' quickly welcomes me and gives a great haircut in a short amount of time. My office is 10 minutes from the shop, and from departure until arrival back at my office is usually around 35-40 minutes. That's awesome. I'm a fan.

I went to great clips back in December and Kristina did an amazing job on my hair, I have a short style and I asked for a fade and she did that and even did designs on the side, it was one of the best haircuts I received.I went just recently and I would rate this more than a 3 but I got a hairstylist who talked to another hairstylist the whole time didn't do what I wanted at all and I guess forgot that I asked for a trim on the top of my harir, not only that she shaped up the edges of my sides and she cut too much and didn't even do the other side.
