It's been a couple of days since my last haircut here, but I feel like I need to edit my review. Normally this place is very good. Unfortunately this time I think I had a stylist who was not excited to be there for the opening shift. There was very little consultation other than asking if I wanted what was on the notes and then she proceeded to spend the rest of the time on her phone. Her clippers were very low battery and pulled a lot rather than cutting it seemed. I have very thick hair and usually the stylists understand and take time. Great Clips has broken the code, so to speak. I watch the app for the shortest wait time, then sign in online to reserve my spot in line while I travel to the shop. Then my 'stylist' quickly welcomes me and gives a great haircut in a short amount of time. My office is 10 minutes from the shop, and from departure until arrival back at my office is usually around 35-40 minutes. That's awesome. I'm a fan.
I went to great clips back in December and Kristina did an amazing job on my hair, I have a short style and I asked for a fade and she did that and even did designs on the side, it was one of the best haircuts I received.I went just recently and I would rate this more than a 3 but I got a hairstylist who talked to another hairstylist the whole time didn't do what I wanted at all and I guess forgot that I asked for a trim on the top of my harir, not only that she shaped up the edges of my sides and she cut too much and didn't even do the other side. So my haircut is lopsided, my "fade" isn't the fade I wanted and I will say the cut and the whole experience was supbar....read full review
