A great store!! I purchased a goblet last week that somehow I left there. I called the next day to ask have they seen it at the register . A Young lady who worked in the office part checked and said no it wasn't there. Yesterday, I went there to shop and I thought about the goblet again. I described the goblet to a young lady at the register. She took time out to help me by e looking in front and back of the store. She came back and said she couldn't fine it and apologized for the incident.I thanked her, and went back to shopping. Coming from a girl who thrifts & goes to goodwills all the time ; This location has to be my absolute FAVORITE& im 8hrs away from home (NC). It felt clean & organized& The employees were very laid back but nice & would conversate if you wanted to. I got crop tops & instead of charging me FULL PRICE T-SHIRTS she only charged me HALF of the price!! No one has ever did that for me but it SO SHOULD BE NORMALIZED. It made the thrifting experience actually feel thrifty.

Brooks at the donation center was extremely kind & patient with my large donation & his customer service was excellent!! he's one of the best & is a model employee for the store!
