    They have changed their policy on repair times , so be aware of this before purchasing Geek protection. They also now lack their response to customers during repairs, no updates, AT ALL..

    I had a great experience. My issue got resolved very quickly and effectively. I was also able to chat about my product and different products and services and converse on other tech topics. While talking with the agent I learned a couple new things as well. Great experience. I hope, if I need them again, the experience will be just as great. Definitely check them out as they know what they're talking about.

    Wow! If I could give geeksquad 6 stars for my car amp/subwoofer install I would! Destin did an amazing job on it: he walked me through what he would be doing beforehand, and when I picked up my car he walked me through exactly what he did. Cable management is spectacular and he even installed my bass remote in an unused slot on my dash next to the steering wheel. Seriously it was well worth the money, I will for sure be returning for all my future car audio needs
