It's sick season. Dr offices are packed. Expect a wait. I was here for 3 hours but let me tell you the staff was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist out front was kind and patient. The triage lady was pregnant and worn out but she took her time and was a joy to be around. And NP Natasha was wonderful as always. You know at the end of the day they were exhausted but I couldn't praise the staff enough for all the hard work and kindness throughout the process! Excellent job ladies!
It says I recommend, however, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! I went there a couple months ago. The doctor did not diagnose me with anything yet he gave me 4 different medications which made no sense at all. I was referred for an ultrasound but I have yet to get those results. I have called & even driven by there & they said the doctor would call and let me know. I still don’t know anything. So, a bunch of wasted time & gas. Just like yesterday evening, I drove from Buhl to there because I wanted to see if my son could get a steroid shot or steroid medicine to help him feel better quickly but they told me they were filled to capacity. It being my 3rd trip into town, I was very frustrated to say the least. I thought they did a great job my first visit but after I still haven’t found out my ultrasound results, I changed my mind.
