Crimson Care offers quick and friendly service. The staff is caring and focuses on patient health. They work to identify symptoms and provide appropriate medication. Crimson Care also performs X-rays and offers educational resources on next steps, including referrals for further care. While they provide digital copies of X-rays, printed copies are not available. The reception is courteous and prompt, and all areas are neat, uncluttered, and very clean. Nurses and nurse practitioners are polite and professional. All instructions and services are easy to understand, and the course of action is quick, correct, and based on previous experience. The staff provides prompt medical attention, making patients feel cared for and respected. Patients appreciate the caring staff and the efficient service, often choosing Crimson Care as a primary backup when regular doctors cannot see them. The facility is recognized for its respectful, understanding, and knowledgeable staff, making it a trusted place for urgent care needs.
I always go to Crimson Care when I am feeling unwell and have never had to wait very long. I almost always see Sean and they are always great to deal with and makes sure I have everything that I need to get to feeling better quickest.
My granddaughter and I were in clinic today and met a wonderful young lady I forgot to get her name but she had really great eyebrows and curly hair I had a wonderful conversation with her and also she took her time and listened to me. My granddaughter was previously there and she held that same enthusiastic attitude and smile. Very gentle with the shots and even though it was a timely wait she reassured me that the test were being reran and that the doctor would be in shortly. Overall service was a 10/10
