I wasn't gonna do this but I have to..this is the 2nd time my air has went out...last month whoever they hired for maintenance he's a real piece of work..He takes all day to get to my home..then he sits in his truck for an hour on his phone before he gets to work....yes an hour because I recorded him...then he tells me he need to order a part an it won't be in until tomorrow morning. We'll the next day he showed up late in the evening an did his normal one hour sit in his truck before getting to work. He didn't put in the new thermostat like he said. I love this company!! They have the sweetest most helpful staff and they make sure the maintenance request get in and done promptly! Mr. Mike comes out no matter what time it is! Probably won't be moving any time soon

Do not do business with this company! They will keep your deposit and still bill you the entire amount even after telling you the deposit will be deducted from your contracted agreement! Also beware of the Fuel scam! Telling you that any amount owed can be arranged by fuel reimbursements, then claiming they never said any such thing!
