I love martial arts. I started 4 months ago. I had pain in my shoulder when I started and the pain is gone now. Due to stretching and strength training. . My overall strength and endurance has increased so much in just these few months. Also I have more confidence and overall calmness in my emotions. I would recommend this discipline to all ages. I'm 48 years old and just get started.

My son has been a student here since September 2020, just after his fifth birthday. He began as a tiger cub, 4 & 5 year olds. He earned all the belts and graduated to the juniors class once he turned 6. The instructors here are amazing. Patient and kind and knowledgeable while giving a fun yet structured and disciplined environment.

Tiger Rock is truly the best! Mr. Bailey and his team are just so great with the kids and incredibly patient. You couldn’t ask for a better environment for these kids!! The few times my son has attended classes, he’s had so much fun while also learning the importance of respect and structure.
