They are very nice there at Aspen Dental Very professional and seem warm and kind to their patients! Very Modern and up to date with all their equipment and the surroundings are nice there at AspenDental! Such a pleasant staff! I was impressed with their professionalism! I came in as a previous customer with a broken tooth. That had the root exposed causing me severe pain. My tooth was supposed to have a root canal done at first of year but the appointment I was promised was never created. I was told it was because of a hack that had happened. I expected the office to do extraction today or maybe Monday. The schedule me out 2 weeks with me begging to have it extracted sooner. They did agree to help me with pain management and said they called in a prescription. The prescription was not called in so I am sitting at home in tears. Everyone was so welcoming and the entire visit was very informational! Everyone made sure you understood what was happening next, made sure you were comfortable, and were genuinely nice! My visit wasn’t rushed and before I left I was definitely taken care of! Everyone was amazing from Kelly at the front desk, to Jade the hygienist, and everyone in between! The office manager was super sweet as well! I absolutely enjoyed my visit, the best dental place I’ve ever been associated with! Keep up the great work ladies!
