Been using Ben for about a year now, and I can say he's definitely been awesome for me and my dog. He showed me so many things I needed to know bringing up a new puppy, and it definitely made all the difference. My dog is always happy to see Ben and is well taken care of when he is boarded there.
The biggest lesson I learned is you have to be consistent, and patient. My dog always gets compliments now because of how well he behaves.
