We’ve used Midsouth for years, they helped us baby along an old unit in our house because we weren’t in a position for a new one. They helped make the old unit last about 6years past what was expected. When we finally were able to get a new unit placed in December 2024, they arrived two days after I called put in the new unit (included upgrades inside and out), the guys were super nice and kept their work areas clean. The owner came out the day after install and looked over everything. Then two days later at 3am, somehow my husband fell through the enlarged vent we had added in our bedroom. This was 100% his own fault and had nothing to do with the install, but due to one of legs falling thigh high (not going to lie, I laughed so hard), the new duct work was damaged. I called Midsouth at 8am and by 10am the duct work was repaired. They triple checked the floor vent upstairs to ensure there was no damage there and to make sure everything was installed correctly. We won’t use anyone else for our HVAC needs!
