“Great experience. Needed whole house generator installation, and being relatively new to the area started with Google. Had several big companies out here, tried to find someone through Generac directly, and then cold-called a couple other companies. It was all over the map with what we were told from prices to other electrical work needed to weird virtual consultation requests. Then I narrowed the search and went more local to Trussville, AL. Should have started there. Came across Legacy Electrical Service and it was smooth sailing from there. Michael and the fellas (and Miss Taylor in the office!) were awesome. Price was good, scheduling was solid, communication was easy, and the service was outstanding. They present as a small, friendly company and make you feel like a valued customer immediately, but then demonstrate their competency with a very capable and significant operation as they get to work. Very impressive. But the thing that impressed my wife and I the most was how nice, genuine, and professional the whole crew was throughout the whole process. Made the whole experience very positive on top of the high quality work. Highest recommendation.“
