This store is Awesome; friendly service and treated with respect. Kasandra McQueen, FSR is always on top of the ball in funding and refinancing a loan. They also do taxes, I can do it all in one spot sign me up. Dylan the manager is also great to work with.
Excellent customer service! Dylan professionally dealt with me asking a million questions, offered advice & knowledge, and helped make the process easy and stress-free. I spoke with 3 other loan places and chose to go with this one because the customer service and rates were best here, by far!
I’ve had an account here for about a year until I finally closed it and it helped my credit out SO MUCH! They have a new employee there by the name of Madison and she’s super sweet and understanding. You’re guaranteed to get a loan unless you just don’t have something crazy on your record, but yes they’re all very sweet in there !
