I have to take my mom to dialysis three days a week and we live 30 minutes away. Sometimes I get there early or I dont have anything to do so I go try on makeup at ulta. Im sure some of the employees notice me coming in so much. But they never say a word. I hardly ever buy anything. But I wanted to let everyone know how friendly they are no matter who is working. I've never felt judged or anything here. they dont treat me different because I dont buy anything and they do great me and ask do I need help but they never bother me. Very good employees. I would like to give Dominque (hair stylist) a huge shoutout. She did an excellent job on my hair which included washing, deep conditioning, cut and styling. I not only left with my hair looking good, but the texture feels so soft and bouncy. I will be booking with her again soon.
If I could give Ulta’a salon a million stars I would!!! Alix is legit the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She brought my hair back from the dead literally. She has restored my confidence and I will never not go back to her!!
