Mrs. Lauren Byers in the salon here is great! She’s so sweet and takes the time to achieve what you are asking for. Never feel rushed when I see her. The other employees here are also awesome so happy to have this store in Troy now.

I used the BrowBar for the very first time on Saturday, and let’s just say I’m in love. Ms. Jae was so friendly and had a great personality and made you feel really welcomed. Ultra needed this personality added to that store in particular. As long as she’s there I’ll definitely be back!!
