I would like to give a shout out to Crystal Frazier at ME Time. She is an amazing masseuse. She is extremely kind and understanding of my disability that causes muscle spasticity. She worked all the knots out of my back today and I feel like a new person. Toni has worked on me before as well and she’s amazing, too. ME offers several services and classes. The visit was amazing as I have suffered from back pain for years. I had no idea just how knotted the muscles in my back and hips were. I highly recommend it to anyone that is suffering from pain of any kind as it can literally change your level of pain.
