Not a plumbing review but a character reference. My wife and I were headed to Huntsville today and just after getting on I 565 East, a pickup in front of us had its trailer hitch (Chunk) fall out of the receiver. I immediately ran it over it and thought I had busted my front left tire! We were in heavy traffic and running 70 mph! I finally got it stopped just past the Mooresville Road on-ramp. It was a load leveling hitch and I really nailed it! I got out all my tools and started jacking the car and taking out the lug nuts. I have a structurally repaired knee and this simple tire change wasn’t going easily! Then out of nowhere, a black pickup stopped and out jumped a man wearing a Morris Plumbing Company Uniform and he immediately took over the tire change operation. He got the tire off and cut away the noise shielding that had been ripped loose by the 20 lbs of metal that had just ripped through the area. It was then we noticed that I hadn’t busted a tire but that chunk had knocked the tire into the inside wall of the rim and knocked a fist-size hole in it! It’s sure a blessing that Anthony just happened to be passing on the other side of the freeway and was kind enough to turn around and help two stranded travelers! We don’t need any plumbing work now but, when we do, you can be assured we will be calling Morris! BTW, anyone reading this gets home and realizes you are missing your chunk, it’s in the median at the Moorsville Road exit on I-565!

Our water heater in the attic popped sending water down the wall and ceiling below. We got the runaround from several other companies but as soon as I called Morris, they rerouted a plumber who was at our home within an hour. Plus rather than doing a shoddy job with the repairs and replacement, they made sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I can't recommend them highly enough. I do know that they'll be the plumbing company I'll call from now on!!! 10 STARS!!!
