Are you kidding me? Amazing! We had work done on our roof and despite me telling the foreman several times that one section was a cathedral roof and there was no attic they still drilled too deep and poked about 15 holes in my living room ceiling. We were PISSED. Bob was local so we called him first to see if he could come over right away. He said he could take a look but couldn't work on it until the next day. As this was already 4 in the afternoon that was understandable. He did come over that afternoon to evaluate the situation. He said no problem, easy peasy. He comes back the next morning, as promised, and worked diligently and efficiently. He brought his own tarps to cover our furniture and floor and was very neat and tidy. He drywalled and painted, perfectly matching the color of our ceiling. The whole thing was done in a few hours and his invoice was very reasonable for the work done. It looks like nothing ever happened. Bob himself is a great guy. Funny, personable, and very chill. While the ceiling was drying we made small talk and swapped stories. A really great experience. This was a minor job, but it still was an annoyance and Bob made it go away quickly and professionally. 5/5 A+
