Do not use them. In 2012, we had a sunroom built, and my husband passed away in 2015. My daughter and three grandson's lived with us. In 2016 the sunroom started leaking water when it rained. My daughter and I called the man that built the sunroom, he came out and just patched the ceiling with some type of white glue. We thought it was a small area. Later, water would pour into the sunroom, which was filled with computers, TV, workout equipment childrens toy's, books, and furniture. Later the sunroom started pouring water from the ceiling again.
