Great place for the little ones to learn. Neil is very patient with them.
It’s not just karate and judo. I started taking the karate class and the cardio kickboxing in January and I’ve lost 27 pounds so far! It’s so much fun AND I’m reaching my goals!
It is very fun and the satisfaction of getting a new rank is so out of this world!
