When I started therapy on October 2nd, I could barely sit,stand,and lay in bed due to being in so much pain but now I'm feeling 85% better, thanks to everyone who assisted me in reaching this point, blessings to all of you ❤️
Amazing place. I walked around for 6 months with knee pain before I sought help. My Dr. prescribed physical therapy. I didn’t understand how something so simple would make a difference but boy do I now. My knee feels better than it has in years and I understand why it felt the way it did now. The knowledgeable staff made sure to explain everything to me. Every exercise and what it will do. Ever stretch and why. I’m a physical therapy addict now. I’ll definitely be back for them to help me with my other body pains! 10/10 recommend Health Actions!
Health Actions Physical Therapy has been AMAZING with helping me get my life back. After my first hip replacement, I chose to come back here for therapy again. I will recommend them anyone who is on need of physical therapy. Keep doing a GREAT job at helping us gain our life back.
