“I took my phone here a couple weeks ago. They were going to replace the screen and the battery for me. I paid for parts ahead of time and was going to pay for labor when I picked it up. I dropped my phone off when the parts came in with the assurance that I would have it back in a couple of hours. Later on I got a call saying the new battery was no good. This was on a Friday. They gave me a loaner phone to get me by for the next few days until another battery came in. Long story short, a week later I find out that one of the batteries must have fried my phone because it wouldn't come on or do anything. They offered to by me a brand new phone (like the one I had) for just the cost I was going to pay to have mine repaired. These people are amazing! I think they went above and beyond to make things right with me. I would recommend them to anyone!“
