I have never had an issue getting any help from the staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I haven’t had to use the clinic in a few years but the last time I did they were all amazing too! From birth certificates for 15$ to immunization records same day pickup to health care I’ve never had an issue! These bad reviews are crazy and I cannot thank the staff here enough for all their hard-work and dedication to working for the county and the Sylacauga community. Public health is not an easy career and there aren’t enough thank you’s or gratitude, but here’s mine! Also so glad to have you here to save me a drive to Talladega! 🤣

Jenny was super nice and so very helpful with getting me caught up on my healthcare!
Office was super clean, the wait was not long at all, every one was very nice, they were very concise about paperwork, it was easy to find...
I don't know what they could have done better 😁 thank you!

Thanks to this place I was able to get both rounds of my Covid-19 Vaccinations. Just made the appointment online and there was no wait time either time and it all went very fast. The nurses there doing the Vaccinations were really sweet too.
