“Extremely disappointed in our puppy's first "puppy" cut by Ginger. Will never go here again. Her hair between her eyes was shaved down to her tender skin as well as her full belly around her privates. Poor baby walked around with her tail tucked for the past two days. Not at all what I was expecting for a puppy cut. We still cannot pet her left ear two days later? I don't see an injury but she's definitely been hurt. I love my dogs and protect them like I would a child. I'm sure she was traumatized. I'Il be looking for another groomer.”
