While some customers find the self-checkout lanes confusing, the staff is generally kind and helpful. Employees try their best to be helpful, even if they sometimes are unsure where certain items are. The store has almost everything, and prices are pretty cheap, making it a useful place for a quick trip. There is a Subway inside, run by a teenager who cooks well, especially the pretzel. Customers appreciate that the workers are friendly and willing to help, making the experience better than expected for many visitors.
Easy in, easy out. I have shopped at several Wal-Marts in North Alabama. This one is still one of my favorites. I like that you don't have to wait long to be checked out. I prefer cashier check-outside and personal interaction. Friendly staff that is always available and willing to help without being rude. I highly recommend this Wal-Mart.
I'm not saying all of the employees are miserable working for Walmart but the majority of them seem like they are absolutely miserable working there. This is for any Walmart I visit though. I just wish a huge company like that would treat their employees good.
Employees aren't exactly sure where some stuff is, but they admit that and try their best to be helpful. They were also nothing but nice to us. It's a bit sad they do not carry any firewood besides fire starting logs.
They do have like everything here though, and for pretty cheap. Thats Walmart! On a trip for a week this was a life saver to have nearby. We were able to get all of our groceries, and other essentials all from this store.
There is a subway inside! There's just one teenager running that thing but damn hes cooking. Banger pretzel. Didn't mind us sitting in their with our cart of food. (We needed to wait for the friend with the card to show up and pay)
