When I arrived, I was greeted by a kind and welcoming front desk staff member, and the check-in process was just as fast and seamless.
Dr. Thomson’s assistant was wonderful—very sweet, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step along the way, which really stood out to me.
Dr. Thomson himself was just as impressive. He was extremely gentle throughout the entire visit, which was honestly the highlight of my experience. He checked to make sure I was okay with every step as well, and that level of care made a big difference.
Overall, this office has an amazing team. I was told this newer group has been here for about six months (aside from Dr. Thomson and his assistant), and it truly shows in the quality of care and professionalism.
