Brett with Eric Lazzari Construction was very helpful in helping us with both buildouts in existing buildings and making sure our vision for our offices were fulfilled and within our budget. Great communication through the whole process. From permitting process, design phase, giving us options with fair quoting, and giving us honest opinions and advice when we needed it through the whole buildout process.

We had Chip as our superintendent for our Fairhope, AL location buildout, and he met all our expectations with providing great feedback and honesty. All around great guy and very knowledgeable. He kept our project on time and monitored all our subs to make sure they stayed on task and met our timelines. We are very pleased with the outcome of our Fairhope office.
