Village Veterinary Hospital is a great place with great people. Dr. Susan Cardwell is a very good and knowledgeable veterinarian who loves animals and shows true compassion for both pets and their owners. She is comprehensive, very thorough, and explains things clearly without pushing for unnecessary procedures or tests. She has a great bedside manner. The staff is always loving, caring, patient, and very good with nervous or anxious pets. The facility is brand new. Prices are reasonable. Clients never feel pressured and always leave happy, having found a trusted vet. Many have been bringing their pets for years for everything from yearly check-ups and nail trims to more serious care, and they definitely recommend this practice. Pet owners love this place and won't take their animals anywhere else.
Honestly, they have been taking care of our street dog(stray) for years. I would not go anywhere else.we have been getting treated like family . They have been so accommodating to us.
Dr. Cardwell and team were amazing! From communication at the first phone call to helping with directions, and really taking the time with our dog. After a long day at the clinic, Dr. Cardwell and team were still so kind, accommodating , and helpful. What a nice introduction to this town for our family. Will definitely recommend to friends and family for their pets!
We saw Dr. Cardwell for the first time today. She was comprehensive in her exam and had great bedside manner. You can tell she loves animals. We are excited about our new vet. Jonathan and K’mere.
