I came in around 6:15, and even though they were packed, they still made an effort to squeeze me in! My nail artist, Sammy, was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain the pricing and different options to me several times, which I really appreciated. She made sure I was completely comfortable with both the charges and my nail choices before moving forward. The customer service was excellent, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!
SNS with Loan is always what I get and it is always stellar. My husband gets a pedicure with Lily and my daughter gets gel polish with different techs. We are always so pleased. Best nail salon in the area in our opinion.
The nicest people!!! My daughter and I had the best experience! They gave us both exactly what we wanted with no pressure to add on anything extra. We were so happy with the outstanding service and how friendly everyone was. We will be back for sure!
