We, the family of Don Townsend just wanted to thank you all for the wonderful care he received during his illness.
The nurses, Rachel, James and Perry were so compassionate and professional in all their dealings with our family. Rachel was especially kind and respectful.
The Southside office is amazing. The team is very helpful. Nurse Rachel is super sweet and every educational. The social worker Sharelle was so nice and helped a lot with bereavement. The chaplain had the best prayers but I can’t remember his. Highly recommend them.
We couldn't be happier with the level of care that my brother-in-law, Paul McDaniel received. All the staff involved in his care were amazing. Hiss primary nurse, Esther, was outstanding! She is a true credit to the company.
