This is why I love living in a small town. We had an unexpected and costly furnace repair. It went out in the middle of all the cold weather. Brody was awesome! They came the same day that I called and fixed the furnace. Excellent customer service! They definitely treat their customers right.

My heat pump wasn’t working properly. I called one company and they came out for a service charge that didn’t do anything. All they wanted to do was to put in a new unit for $18,000. A friend of mine told me about Childress Heating And Cooling.Before the technician arrived Childress sent a text with the technician picture and name. I thought that was very professional. The technician was Will. He was very professional real nice guy easy to talk too. He had my unit running within 10 minutes. He said you can replace it now or keep it a few more years and gave me a price on the new unit that was more than half of the cost of the other company price. I was so impressed...read full review
