Johnny and his staff went out of the way for me and my family. We were renting a house in Hartselle from southern oaks property. It was the middle of summer and our central unit went out. Our children couldn’t sleep and were getting sick from the heat.Southern oaks called Johnny to come look at the unit, when he arrived he found the whole unit needed to be replaced and he relayed the information to southern oaks, who said the owner was taking her time deciding.
