I had a crew come out for some water damage. They were friendly, punctual, and highly professional. Eva and D were very kind! Showed up early with a positive attitude. Would recommend to anyone experiencing water damage and loss.
James, Dee, and Mr. Gates were polite and professional and worked around a meeting I had to take. Vents look very clean and they cleaned up the area around it too.
The damage clean up crew was awesome. They kept me informed every step of the way. The construction crew on the other hand ….. I cant write what I really want to write. I have had to tell them over and over what they were suppose to be doing and reminding them if what still needed to be done. They out in base board running crooked up a wall where there was no way quarter round would cover it. They completely forgot to put my closet shelving back in before they closed up wall and now it cannot be out back in because the ling rack wont fit thru the door.
