We had a main water line bust and flood our living room floor. Servpro came out evaluated the situation. Immediately began the process of restoration to my home. Removed the wet flooring within a couple of hours. Set up fans to being the drying process. The crew that came out was very efficient, courteous, and kept me in the loop during all steps. Between the crew that came out, field follow up employee, and office staff it made a horrible experience much smoother without having to life a finger.
