Joshua is awesome! I had a small piece break on a nursery chair. Joshua was referred to me and even through pictures and a video, he was able to diagnose the issue. He then figured out the chair was still under warranty and worked the the company to make the warranty claim for me. Joshua goes above and beyond.
Joshua was great. He communicated very well through text. I understand he might have been busy, especially since it was December Christmas / New Year holiday season, but he kept me informed on when he would be available, which was a relief to at least have some sort of idea when he could swing by. When he arrived, he did a thorough job, & asked if I had bought any other furniture that needed to be looked at. Come to think of it, I'm really glad he asked, because he documented a case of slightly-short bed frame slats & informed me he would get things taken care of. I look forward to it, Josh! Thank ya!
