Had a backup of our septic tank, making our bathtub and all other appliances that use water unusable until my septic tank was pumped… Called every company in Mobile and Baldwin County I could find, and the only one who could come out next day (for the most affordable price) was Williams All Service. Heather was great to talk with and set things up over the phone and Tim who actually found, dug up and pumped our tank, was extremely friendly and informative with any questions I had. Everything is like new now and it’s all because of their exceptional service!

I want to give a special thank you to Williams All Service! I reached out to Heather on Friday and followed up on Sunday to confirm the timing. Chris arrived early Monday morning to pump our septic tank and completed the job quickly. As new homeowners, we had several questions about the system, and Chris was incredibly helpful in answering them.
Their customer service and response time were outstanding. We called over 30 places in Baldwin/Mobile County, and Williams All Service was one of the few that responded, even at 8 PM on a Friday night. This level of service is truly commendable. Thank you for your excellent service!

Yesterday Williams completed a clean out on my septic system on an investment property. I watched the entire process. They don't just drain the tank. They did a back flushing process and even repaired the main line going into the tank which was damaged and incorrectly installed . They did an outstanding job. I totally recommend them!
