Top notch, really good. Professional attitude that other businesses could learn from. They rebuilt the transmission in my 2000 GMC, I had a problem with it and they fixed it with no issues. I offered to pay something but they refused and said they stand behind their work. Awesome and my thanks to them. I wish them the best and will definitely refer their shop to everyone.
Tow truck took my van to a shop in Elberta and they sent the transmission to Butch. He had it fixed in about a week. Drive great for about a day and then started getting stuck in 3rd gear. Called the shop and they called Butch who said to bring it right over. This was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. His shop was very busy when I got there and two pulled in behind me. He stopped what he was doing and addressed my problem right away. He took me on a test drive so I could show him what was happening.He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately (bad speed sensor) and even let me drive it one more time to make sure it was fixed. Fair pricing, good work, he warranties his work and gets it done when he says he will for what he quoted you. Don't be in a hurry because as good as he is he's up to his eyeballs in work.
