We have a Geo-Thermal system that was not running correctly and also backup Aux heat did not work. The repair tech was very knowledgeable and identified incorrect main board setup, and circulating pump and aux heaters not connected correctly. System is running perfectly now; first time in years! I would highly recommend their knowledgeable staff.
