Laura here is not friendly, is unprofessional. When my daughter and I first came she was arguing with another associate and it made us feel very uncomfortable. I should have left then but I said to myself perhaps she’s just tired and overworked, it’s early. I then called back to see about getting the details for my prescription and she immediately began talking and telling me she couldn’t give me any information, she refused to fax it to my work place (a doctors office) and stated it probably wasn’t even in my chart. Charged my elderly parent $60 for a rejection to get new glasses bc cataracts had worsened. Dr. Hallie Henderson referred to a specific eye surgeon without giving a reason for that choice, such as reputation or success rate. When I called THE SAME DAY, hours later, the clerk was not professional, acted as if the doctor's motive should not be questioned, said I was unable to speak with Dr. H, and was told she would not be available for six days, and made no offer to have her return my call, and acted care-less.
